On 25 May 2026, Mac8® S.p.A., in collaboration with Elyus Heritage Collection, is organising a meeting dedicated to premium real estate investment opportunities and asset enhancement through the short-term rental model.
The event was conceived with the aim of exploring a rapidly evolving segment of the real estate market: short-term rentals, understood not merely as an alternative leasing formula, but as a structured business model capable of generating higher profitability than traditional rentals, when managed with method, expertise, and strategic vision.
